Payment –
- We document the services and supplies you receive when we are providing care to you so that you, your insurance company or another third party can pay us. We may tell your health plan about upcoming treatment or services that require prior approval by your health plan.
- Online payment applicable only for Telephonic Consultation.
Health care Operations – Health information is used to improve the services we provide, to train staff, for business management, quality assessment and improvement, and for customer service. For example, we may use your health information to review our treatment and services and to evaluate the performance of our staff in caring for you.
We may also use your health information to:
- Comply with state or National laws that require disclosure.
- Assist in Indian Government’s public health activities such as tracking diseases or medical devices.
- Comply with national and state health oversight activities such as fraud investigations.
- Respond to Indian judicial orders, summonses or other process.

- Provide information to other third parties with whom we do business, such as a record storage provider. (We do have NDA under Indian Laws with such service provider to safe guard safeguard your information.
- We may also use or disclose your personal or health information for operational purposes. For example, we may communicate with individuals involved in your care or payment for that care, such as friends and family and send appointment reminders.
Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Our refund policy gives you an option to cancel the services you bought on Dr. Anjani Kumar Sharma’s mobile app for any reason within the specified time period (24 hours before scheduled time) and We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
- One need to cancel appointment and apply for refund before 24 hours of scheduled time. After the mentioned timeline the customer wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment booked with a Practitioner, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded.
- Where cancellation charges have been levied (as charged by the Practitioner/Doctor), you would not be eligible to get whole refund even if you have annulled beforehand.
- In case, when the Practitioner with whom User has booked a paid appointment via the App has not been able to attend the User, User will need to write to us at info@emizentech.com within Three (3) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next Seven (7) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking.
- All the payments go directly to Dr. Anjani Kumar Sharma’s official accounts and the app development partner Emizentech Pvt. Ltd. is only taking care of fine functioning of bookings. Emizentech is only offering support and maintenance to the IT infrastructure and has no gain out of these transitions.
